InCharge Energy is seeking a Project Controller for our Richmond, Virginia office. This role will be reporting to the Controller.

Responsibilities:

Manage Projects by Project Manager

Make sure Revenue & COGS are assigned to the correct projects

Manage status of Projects

Manage Budgeted Revenue, Costs and Gross Margin

Adjust Cost & Margin Forecasts

Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations & Accounting to improve processes and results

Collate results and present to Project Managers & Management

Compare Budget to Actual and derive action plans

Review P&L by Project and compare to Budget for accuracy

Work with Accounting in making any adjustments

Export & Manipulate data in Excel

Required:

Hands-on Job/Project Accounting experience

Experience with Inventory

Self-Starter

ERP knowledge as well as Salesforce

Good communication skills – will communicate with multiple different departments

4+ years experience

Bachelor’s Degree
