The Service Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Service Manager. The main role of this position is to schedule, dispatch, coordinate, and prep service jobs for invoicing. As a Service Coordinator you will often be the initial contact, so having good people skills is a must. You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless service execution
  • Be the main point of contact between our technical support team and the customer
  • Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in a timely manor
  • Ensure that all maintenance, repair, commissioning, and other services are delivered on-time, within the scope
  • Understand the system alerts to provide services that are suited to the problem
  • Participate in trouble-shooting system errors to dispatch appropriate personnel
  • Create service tickets and maintain service schedule through internal software(s)
  • Track expenses and produce invoicing and receipts consistent with internal accounting practices
  • Maintain external ticketing systems when working with manufacture warranty issues
  • Report and escalate problems to management as needed
  • Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
  • Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base
  • Assist in maintaining internal directories of service providers and resources
  • Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Mentor and assist with onboarding new staff in the service team
  • Attend meetings and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Promote company products and services
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Experience in the EV Charging industry is a plus
  • Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
