Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities
Define a clear vision for our product strategy and roadmap, especially for the cosmetics industry.
Gather customer requirements, conduct market research, identify product gaps and analyze opportunities to deliver innovative products that improve customer experience and drive growth
Build business cases, develop financial models, and assess competitive landscape to scope and prioritize product priorities
Develop positioning and pricing strategies
Work closely with commercial, R&D, manufacturing, operations, legal, and finance teams to develop and execute product strategy
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Requirements
7+ years’ experience in a product manager or product management leadership role). Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Definition (NPD) certification a plus.
5+ years experience in the consumer cosmetic products or similar industry.
Solid track record of managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies, effectively communicating and championing recommendations to executive management.
Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining best-in-class product management processes within an organization. Strong attention to detail.
Strong project management, market research, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills both internally and with external partners and customers; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to take ambiguous situations and add structure and clarity for the team.
BS/BA degree in relevant field; MBA or engineering background preferred.
