More About You:


  • You have at least one - two years of culinary experience.

  • You can work well with others and desire to be a part of a best in class culinary team!

  • You have strong organization and active listening skills.

  • You’re reliable and love a fast-paced work environment.

  • You are able to maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • You have the ability to work on your feet for most of the day and lift 30 pounds at a time. 

  • You have proficient knife skills..

  • You love to create positive guest  experiences both in the kitchen and throughout the hotel.

  • You have a passion for hospitality, building strong relationships, learning new skills and having fun

  • You have the ability to operate and learn to maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment: deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.  

  • Ideally you have a high school education, cooking school, culinary institute education or equivalent experience. 

  • You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.

  • You are authorized to work in the United States.


What You’ll Do: 


  • You’ll ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.

  • You’ll follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.

  • You’ll present, garnish and arrange final dishes.

  • You’ll maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.

  • You’ll handle and store ingredients and food.

  • You’ll maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

  • You’ll clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils.

  • You’ll execute opening and closing procedures.

  • You’ll set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.

  • You’ll monitor station inventory levels.

  • You’ll accommodate guests’ special requests.

  • You’ll operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.
