Marketing Manager, Brand & Community (Remote)
Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of brand and community professionals to drive both our B2B marketing for Interpret, a primary research firm focused on entertainment and video games, and our B2C marketing for our proprietary entertainment communities, Good Entertainment Group and Good Gamer Group.
You will shape and execute the marketing strategy that connects these two sides of the business: elevating Interpret as the market leader in entertainment insights while growing awareness and engagement across an existing global community of more than 100,000 members. You will report directly to the Head of the Good Entertainment Group.
You bring deep experience in either B2B or B2C marketing and are excited to learn the other side. You will inherit a capable team, a meaningful budget, a network of partners, and you are comfortable delegating to specialists to fill gaps in your own expertise. Most importantly, you have a proven track record of delivering measurable impact on brand visibility and business outcomes and you are eager to keep growing.

Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing strategy and planning for both B2B (Interpret) and B2C community programs, aligning brand, demand generation, and community goals.
- Build and execute go to market plans for new and existing products and services, including positioning, messaging, one pagers, case studies, and sales enablement collateral.
- Plan and run growth marketing campaigns across social, influencers, conferences, and other channels, with clear budgets, KPIs, and performance targets.
- Own brand and corporate marketing for Interpret and our entertainment community brands, including storytelling, corporate communications, and enforcement of shared brand guidelines with Design.
- Work closely with the Community Manager on content calendars, major announcements, and community-wide updates for our Good Entertainment Group and Good Gamer Group.
- Develop and manage partnerships and events with key communities, NGOs, and industry groups that extend reach and credibility.
- Own social media strategy and editorial calendars across channels, ensuring consistent day to day execution across everyone posting.
- Oversee website content and SEO so sites stay current, accessible, and optimized for inbound conversion with clear calls to action.
- Lead analytics and reporting across web, social, email, PR, and campaign activity, delivering regular visibility reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee PR activity, including press releases, media outreach, awards or recognitions, and new capability announcements within a simple editorial calendar.
- Brief and collaborate with Design and other partners, reviewing creative for brand fit, clarity, and reusability while maintaining an organized collateral library.

- Comfortable leading, coaching, and delegating to a cross functional team and external partners.
- Highly organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and priorities.
- Confident working with budgets, KPIs, and dashboards and comfortable presenting results to stakeholders.
- Proficient with GA4 and core marketing tools, including CRM and marketing automation, web CMS, social and community platforms, and major ad platforms.
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years owning brand and demand programs for B2B or B2C brands with clear, measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, audience growth, or community metrics.
- Proven ownership of brand positioning, product marketing, and corporate communications, including creation of go to market plans and sales collateral materials.
- Hands on experience planning and executing integrated growth campaigns across social, influencers, search, email, and events, with budget and performance accountability.
- Strong analytics skills and fluency with GA4 and related tools to track conversion, optimize programs, and report ROI.
- Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, website management, and SEO fundamentals.
- Strong copywriting skills and editorial judgment for brand, web, social, and PR content.
- Experience leading a Community Manager and managing external partners, agencies, or contractors.
- Familiarity with gaming and entertainment audiences and key industry events and conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with primary research or online communities is a plus.
- A passion for entertainment and specifically video games is a major plus.

Compensation + Benefits
The base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $115,000 per year, based on national market data for marketing managers and similar roles in entertainment and technology, and may vary depending on market location as well as job related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. In addition to base salary, total compensation also includes tiered performance bonus, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), generous paid time off, physical and mental wellness programs, paid parental and family leave, and a continuing education scholarship program.
