DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT 

NomiSo's client,Edison Interactive, is looking for a full-time Director of Product Management. As Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for creating strong working relationships &  influence across executive leadership, product management, engineering, and other functional groups  to execute the strategy for Edison’s Digital Content Management System. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a domain leader for your portfolio, you will engage customers to develop/refine portfolio strategy,  influence customer & industry direction and execute strategy. As a senior product management leader,  you will elevate how we engage with internal and external software businesses. You will; 

Devise and realize strategies to grow market share for the product portfolio. Lead a team of product managers to innovate and realize the success of solutions in the  marketplace.  

Proactively drives portfolio and investment decisions to balance customer needs, install base  requirements (refresh) and long-term enterprise differentiation. 

Develop vision, roadmaps and plans with executive management to realize the strategic objectives. Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements and  technical considerations, business outcomes and value realization. 

Work with cross-functional leadership to define and execute the vision and strategy. Align goals, feature sets and capabilities to business objectives for the product (i.e. Profitability, ROI,  Market Penetration, Channel development, Customer Adoption, etc.) 

Evangelize new technology and solutions to industry analysts and customers Identify new opportunities based on trends and the capabilities of the products 

EXPERIENCE YOU CAN BRING TO US 

10+ years of professional experience in Product Management 

3+ years in AdTech 

2+ years in product management leadership roles 

Business & Leadership 

Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and strategy development skills 

Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and cross-functionally. 

Will have strong SaaS financial acumen and accountability. 

Demonstrated ability to lead teams in establishing goals, setting performance metrics, and  delivering on milestones 

Technical  

Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable  product roadmap 

Experience defining products on private or public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) Experience working and delivering products or services in an agile environment 

Understanding of secure software development lifecycle from coding to deployment Understanding of the complete solution lifecycle concept to (end-user) consumption Familiarity with the leading analytics and data science tools 

Experience with Platform products and Platform as a Service (PaaS) 

Experience with Figma user interface and user experience design tool 

Experience with video delivery, entertainment platforms 

Experience delivering digital content (video, live and static content) 

Experience with headless CMSs 

Personal 

Top-notch written and oral communication skills 

Experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle Track record of successfully building alliances with cross-functional teams to realize solution success Demonstrated accountability for policy decisions with incomplete, conflicting information and  uncertain long-term dynamics 

Education 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalate work experience Master’s degree in computer science or MBA preferred but not required
