DESCRIPTION:
Cask seeks a Computer Engineer to support cybersecurity efforts at Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia. The Computer Engineer will be responsible for system administration, secure configuration, and testing of computer systems.
As a Computer Engineer, you will:
- Experience with Risk Management Framework technical control implementation
- Apply software patches and configuration changes
- Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, security control plans and procedures, and other documentation as required
- Identify and implement improvements to system configuration to maintain secure operations
- Provide SME knowledge of Windows XP, 7, and 10
- Test system to verify operational functionality
Required Skills / Qualification
- Bachelor of Computer or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Five (5) years of experience in computer networks, system administration or software development
- Experience with Windows OS
- Current DoD Information Assurance Workforce IAT Level 1 (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, or SSCP) certification or higher
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations
