POSITION: Program Support Analyst
LOCATION: Stafford, VA, and remote
STATUS: Contingent Award
CLEARANCE: Secret
TRAVEL: Up to 25%
DESCRIPTION: This position supports the delivery of ITIL-based Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) knowledge and expertise to Cask customers and stakeholders in support of IT service management efforts. The employee will provide scheduling support and schedule-related briefings in support of service management environment(s). Must competently communicate and partner with customer service owners and managers on service management process improvement(s) and participate in appropriate customer-focused service management forums and meetings. Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position. Telework is at the client’s discretion.
Responsibilities:
• Support Enterprise-level IT Service Management programs.
• Ensure ITSM program/project scheduling and Integrated Master Schedule requirements are properly identified and recorded • Assist with the assessment, management, and elimination of risk related to program cost, schedule, and performance
• Provide best practices and knowledge, and expertise for optimizing project and program schedules to customers and stakeholders • Provide support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings
• Communicate and partner with customer service owners and managers on service management process improvement(s) • Participate in appropriate customer-focused service management forums and meetings
Required Skills / Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling projects and programs across multi-capability areas
• Demonstrated ability to develop, managing, presenting, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) for the United States Marine Corps programs
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings and capture meeting minutes.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with managers
• Demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas with stakeholders and building collaborative relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects and efforts with minimum guidance
• ITIL Foundations certification preferred
• CompTIA Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office Productivity suite skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience using Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira preferred
• Agile or Scrum experience preferred
• BS or BA degree in a Business, Management, Computer Science, or relevant discipline from an accredited college/university preferred
• 2 Years of related experience may be substituted for the BS or BA degree requirement
Security Clearance: All personnel must have an active Secret security clearance.
