POSITION: Jr. Program Analyst
LOCATION:  Albany Georgia
STATUS: Contingent on Contract Award
CLEARANCE: Active Secret Clearance Required
TRAVEL: Less than 10%

DESCRIPTION: 
The Jr. Program Analyst will provide program management support to the DE&I Program Management Office in Albany, GA.

As a Jr. Program Analyst, you will
•  Provide business and administrative support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings in support of the acquisition of major automated information systems
•  Support the preparation of detailed analyses of project and program management activities
•  Provide support for developing and processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs for automated information systems in support of daily activities and formal Program Manager and Portfolio Manager reviews
•  Support configuration control boards
•  Support the maintenance and development of document repositories on organizational SharePoint sites
•  Install new and revised programs and systems.
•  Classify program, project, or system enhancements
•  Responds to program or project related complaints and requests for information
•  Compile information for preparation of grants, contracts, and agreements. Assesses the development of program or project activities

Required Skills / Qualifications
•  Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or technical position preparing correspondence, meeting minutes, and administrative activities
•  Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting SharePoint sites and document repositories
•  Demonstrated ability to work as part of a large and diverse team
•  AS or AA degree from an accredited college
•  A high school diploma and an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for an AS or AA degree

Required Security Clearance: Active Secret
