POSITION: Program Analyst
LOCATION:  Stafford, Virginia
STATUS: Contingent on Contract Award
CLEARANCE: Active Secret Clearance Required
TRAVEL: Less than 10%

DESCRIPTION: 
The Program Analyst will provide program management support to the GCSS-MC Program Management Office in Stafford, VA.

As a Program Analyst, you will:

•  Provide business and administrative support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings in support of the acquisition of major automated information systems
•  Support the preparation of detailed analyses of project and program management activities
•  Provide support for developing and processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs for automated information systems in support of daily activities and formal Program Manager and Portfolio Manager reviews
•  Support configuration control boards
•  Support the maintenance and development of document repositories on organizational SharePoint sites
•  Install new and revised programs and systems.
•  Classify program, project, or system enhancements
•  Responds to program or project related complaints and requests for information
•  Compile information for preparation of grants, contracts, and agreements. Assesses the development of program or project activities
•  Demonstrated ability to work as part of a large and diverse team

Required Skills / Qualifications

•  BS or BA degree in a Business, Management, or relevant discipline from an accredited college/university
•  An AS or AA degree from an accredited college and an additional 4 years of experience; or an additional 8 years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree
•  6 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis; 2 years of which must be in technical efforts supporting the acquisition of automated information systems The Program Analyst will provide program management support to the DE&I Program Management Office in Albany, GA.
•  Knowledge and experience with Marine Corps Systems Command, Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) policy and documentation related to planning, programming, and budgeting system (PPBS)
•  Knowledge and experience in the lifecycle management of military acquisition programs
•  Knowledge of and experience with the requirements of the Department of Defense 5000 series
