The Junior Engineer will provide systems, automotive, and mechanical engineering expertise and services in direct support of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Program Manager, Medium Heavy Tactical Vehicles (PM MHTV) and associated portfolio of vehicle and trailer systems.  The ideal candidate will have experience in performing systems integration, configuration management, technical design, testing, analysis, technical documentation and reporting.

As the Junior Engineer, you will: 

• Provide technical analysis and engineering support to facilitate the design, development, implementation and sustainment of a material solution.

• Provide support in conducting Systems Engineering (SE) Technical Reviews and Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development.

• Support proper system integration onto platforms and the execution of tests, review test plans and reports, and provide professional recommendations based on a formulated analysis.

• Monitor and recommend updates to the Configuration Management Process.

• Apply technical knowledge with regard to interpretation of specifications, requirements, and technical data.

• Draft, review, and update technical and engineering program documentation including but not limited to the Environmental Safety and Health Evaluation (PESHE), System Threat Assessment Report, Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Technical / Test Report, Feasibility Study, Event Design Plan, Technical Brief and Test Report. 

• BA/BS degree and 3 years of progressive related experience.

• Military experience desired, preferably USMC and with vehicle platform experience.

• Knowledge of the government contracting processes.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work on a dynamic team.
