DESCRIPTION:

Cask, located in Stafford, VA, is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team of talented professionals. This position represents a critical role in support of Cask’ growth and requires an experienced individual with hands-on project management experience to be responsible for all of the corporate operation’s current and future projects for process improvements, implementation, and written documentation. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, high-energy, team-oriented individual who will grow with the Company. A business process management background with the ability to take charge of multiple projects and deliver results is required.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage development and implementation of end to end corporate business processes

• Coordinate and maintain defining, analyzing and documenting requirements and translate business data into various informational and training materials

• Improve corporate processes and document written policies and procedures

• Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all participants updated on project progress

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.

• Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend/implement necessary improvements and efficiencies; coordinate with process owners for cross-functional process execution.

• Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.

• Recommend controls and track schedules and deadlines;

• Identify, report and resolve problems

• Continuously update process documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials

• Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions

• Prepares various reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Support the corporate operations VP with segment functions and company-wide projects

• Understand and able to analyze and summarize financial data and analysis

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related business or technical field with at least 5 years of progressive process and project management experience.

• Proficient with MS Office tools to include Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint

• Must have good knowledge of business process and its lifecycle management, principles, theories and concepts

• Must have a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards

Other Qualifications:

• Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.

• Ability to manage end to end process with training and tracking assignments and performance

• Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Effectively relate with all levels of an organization and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

·       DoD Secret Clearance required

·       PMP required
