POSITION: Senior Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert

LOCATION: Hampton Roads, VA

Description:

The CIAV Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) & Targeting (ISR&T) Subject Matter Expert (SME) directly supports the JS J6 (DDC5I) Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation (CIAV) in providing project planning and execution support and military subject matter expertise in ISR&T operations and systems analysis.   

 

As a Senior ISR & ISR&T SME, you will:

·         Provide Senior-level project planning, execution, and military subject matter expertise in ISR & Intelligence operations and systems analysis.

·         Evaluate Intelligence operations and ISR Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) processes, applications, supporting technologies, and information sharing capabilities in a coalition environment.

·         Support intelligence and ISR functions in a Joint Task Force or Special Operations Task Force in a deployed environment.

·         Write mission profiles in support of approved coalition mission threads.

·         Conduct planning and assessments of mission-based interoperability in a coalition environment to identify materiel and non-material information sharing gaps and identifying recommendations to mitigate those gaps.

 

Required Skills / Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.

·         Minimum 20 years supporting Intelligence, ISR and military operations.

·         Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work.

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems.

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
