The Program Manager shall provide support to the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence (C5I) / Cyber Readiness Program Mission in Support of Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific (CNSP) N6 Department Staff and Divisions to enhance warfighting readiness and increase the C5I proficiency of the Surface Force, CONUS, and OCONUS. The mission of CNSP is to Man, Train, and Equip the Surface Force to provide Fleet Commanders with credible naval power to control the sea and project power ashore. The ideal candidate should have experience with Afloat Platforms and Fleet Communications Systems with missions including: Cybersecurity hygiene, Shipboard Cyber hardening and Cyber Defense Training.

As the Program Manager, you will: 
Provide program management to ensure all work conducted within this contract is planned and executed in a manner that will achieve all management, technical, logistical, cost, and schedule objectives in support of the execution of the tasks described below. 
Ensure coordination and integration of all functional areas within each task or project.
Report Small Business Goals.
Use the COR as the primary point of contact for all program activities. 
Work with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) to schedule assets and work with the Cyber Operations Office point of contact to schedule and coordinate conduct of the training events. Include the COR in the coordination efforts. 
If Outside the Continental United States OCONUS travel is required, request approval for travel no less than thirty (30) days prior to travel from the COR.
Provide a Progress, Status and Management Report containing all aspects of the contract addressing cost, schedule, and performance for contract objectives and specifically identify the following items: schedule status, progress against major milestones, cost/funding status, risk management, manpower, quality assurance, identification and status of technical issues, and action item status, Cyber Security Workforce Report, and TO questions.
Conduct program management reviews (PMR) as directed. The PMRs and Contractors Progress, Status and Management Report (CPSMR) shall address all active contract actions.

Required Skills / Qualifications
BA or BS plus eight (8) years of program management experience 
Five (5) years of experience working with Navy combat systems such as AEGIS, Ship Self Defense System, Cooperative Engagement Capability, Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar, or other combat systems 
Security+ CE (IAT Level II or Level III or IAM Level II per DoD 8570.01)
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations
