POSITION: Senior Business Analyst, Cyber
LOCATION: Dahlgren, VA

Position Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis services to business partners. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. This role will be key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive gap analysis of policy, procedures, and configurations.
• Analysis of advanced cyber threats, network defense environments and Intelligence Community capabilities.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
• Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Experience:
Five (5) or more years specialized experience performing work in the following areas:
• Defense Information System Agency (DISA) network management tool sets that are utilized to monitor and manage the Defense Information System Network (DISN) and other enterprise services.
• Mission dependency mapping.
• Critical infrastructure and their interdependencies.
• DoD Computer Network Defense (CND) data and tool sets.
• Network Management and Network Operations Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and other Industrial Control Systems
analyzing and assessing these systems.
• Network management tool sets used to monitor and manage Commercial Provider enterprise services.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• SSBI Secret Clearance with ability to upgrade to TS.
• JPAS IT-Level 2.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics
• Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
• The ability to write reports
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
