POSITION:  Full Stack Software Developer 

LOCATION: Dahlgren, VA

STATUS: Contingent

CLEARANCE: SSBI Secret Clearance / Ability to upgrade Top Secret

Position Summary:

Using a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, C#) to develop applications. 

Responsibilities:

• Write effective APIs

• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

• Create security and data protection settings

• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

• Write technical documentation

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

Experience:

Ten (10) or more years of experience in Agile software web development and micro services, specifically in four of the following technology areas. 

• C# / .NET Core 

• Angular 

• TypeScript

• SQL Server or other relational database with graph components 

• Azure DevOps Server (formerly TFS) 

• Jenkins 

• Elastic Search

• Big Data cluster

• Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipeline and containerization technologies such as RedHat Open shift, Kubernetes, and Docker. 

• Automated Testing tools and processes used to support various testing requirements including data, UI, load/performance, security, and contract testing. 

• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• SSBI Secret Clearance with ability to upgrade to TS

• DoD 8140 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I certification or higher

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (preferred)

• Portfolio of past work.

• Communication skills.

• Organization and time management skills.
