What you’ll be doing

 

Cask is seeking an information technology administrator to manage Cask’s internal technology systems.  The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day IT activities supporting and securing our business including cloud platforms such as Office 365 Government Customer Cloud (GCC) High, laptops, and mobile devices.  Must have a desire to help grow the organization’s use of technology, make recommendations on technology deployment, work with procurement to order systems and manage IT assets, and have the desire to help grow the technology organization.  

 

·        IT Management

o   Create, document, and modify IT processes and workflows as required

o   Responsible for collaborating with corporate personnel and Leadership on implementing changes to the IT environment, policies and procedures.

o   Work with procurement and finance to ensure the accurate and timely purchase of equipment, asset lifecycle management, and cost management

o   Interact with employees and leadership on how to best meet internal and external customer requirements using information technology systems.

o   Support compliance activities to ensure Cask and customer data and information is protected


·        Cloud and On-premise Infrastructure Support

o   Office 365 GCC High

o   Zoom

o   Druva inSync

o   Microsoft Azure Active Directory

o   McAfee Cloud

o   WatchGuard / Meraki / Avaya Network Appliances

o   Windows Servers

o   Avaya IP Office Telephony


·        End-User Support

o   Open, review, resolve and close support tickets in a timely manner

o   Assess and resolve hardware break-fix issues, network connectivity and application-related questions for third-party products on laptop and desktop platforms (PC) and Mobile devices (iPhone and Android)

o   Primary business software applications: Microsoft Office 2016/2019, Visio 2016, Project 2016, Adobe Acrobat

o   Ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment

o   Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets

o   Provide employee training on company-provided software and applications

 

What you’ll bring to the table

 

·        Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university and/or equivalent experience

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system administration and management

·        Security +

·        Secret Security Clearance

·        Experience with cloud infrastructure and tools

·        Ability to make timely and effective decisions to meet fluid deadlines

·        Capability to work autonomously and make independent decisions to meet deliverables with minimal oversight

·        Good verbal and written communication skills

·        Organized with attention to detail

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
