Cask is looking for a Program Analyst to fit our team of artisan consultants in Stafford, VA.

This is a contingent Hire. 

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

All personnel must have an active Secret security clearance. 

DESCRIPTION:

The Program Analyst will provide direct support to Project Officers.

Prepare for, participate in, and support project-related meetings and conferences; build and maintain project schedule in Microsoft Project; build and maintain Agile processes and lean management documentation such as flow charts KANBAN boards, and swim lane charts.

Assist in the management and satisfaction of end user software requirements and the software packaging and delivery process utilizing an enterprise end user device software tracking and maintenance system

Actively participate in project-oriented industry and government team meetings. Prepare meeting agenda and create meeting minutes. Active involvement in program activities. Update and preparation of briefs and quad charts.

EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:

Ability to perform all duties stated. 

Ability to apply analytical processes and methods in support of the mission

Comprise and maintain adequate documentation of all work

Prioritize, plan and execute work objectives and ensure work efforts meet established timelines 

Conduct activities in support of project team’s objectives and work closely with Sr. Program Analysts, Project Officers, and Team Leads

Possess oral and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience supporting DoD Acquisition Programs in an analyst role, USMC preferred, including 2 years of experience utilizing MS Project

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

In-depth knowledge of DoD 5000 requirements and Acquisition Documentation. 

Ability to draft programmatic Docs.
