This is a contingent Hire.

DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Acquisition Program Analyst will assist Project Officers acquiring and fielding Information Technology (IT) equipment, working under the requirements of the Defense Acquisition System.
The Sr Acquisition Program Analyst will provide direct support to Project Officers by taking inventory and organizing procurement documents; identify, inventory,and organize contract files; as well as develop and maintain a methodical filing system to organize and maintain contractual records.
This position will require the ability to draft Acquisition documents.
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:
In-depth knowledge of DoD 5000 requirements and Acquisition Documentation.
Ability to create Acquisition Documents.
Support Acquisition functions including acquisition procedures, processes, in order to plan and execute projects.
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience supporting DoD Acquisition Programs in an analyst role, USMC preferred
Strong analytical skills
In-depth understanding of Microsoft Suite
PREFERRED SKILLS:
DAWIA Level I equivalent in Program Management
Ability to work individually
