DESCRIPTION:
The Cask Cyber Security Engineer clarifies cyber security requirements; educates government and contractor personnel on cyber security relevant processes, topics and requirements; and develops, improves or streamlines cyber security processes.
The Cyber Security Engineer will provide administrative, technical and programmatic cyber security services to the United States Marine Corps in support of network and information security systems.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
All personnel must have an active Secret security clearance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to apply analytical processes and methods in support of the mission
Support analyst functions including: Data Collection, Interviewing, Data Modeling, Project Testing and creation of Performance Measurements to support project objectives
Continuously evaluate existing procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or systems related to the work being processed and provide recommended actions or solutions
Comprise and maintain adequate documentation of all work
Prioritize, plan and execute work objectives and ensure work efforts meet timelines established by federal law
Conduct activities in support of project team’s objectives and work closely with Senior Analysts or Team Leads
Possess oral and written communication skills
