Description 

The Cyber Survivability Analyst will provide support to the Joint Staff J6 mission in the Deputy Directorate for Command, Control, Communications, and Computers/Cyber (DD C4 Cyber) in the following three functional task areas: Cyberspace Forces and Strategic Planning, Cyberspace Capabilities Development, and Cybersecurity and Cyber Defenses. This position will assist by leveraging innovative cutting edge and proven technology to streamline information-flow, improving business processes, and improving cyber defense capabilities.

An Active Top Secret / SCI (SSBI/SBPR/PPR investigation) is required.

 

Required Skills / Qualifications

  • Develop and coordinate recommendations, plans, policy, and doctrine to support requirements for cybersecurity of new and legacy weapon systems in development
  • Provide Cyber Survivability Endorsement (CSE), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development Systems (JCIDS), DoD Cybersecurity, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) subject matter expertise to ensure weapon systems are cyber survivable commensurate with a risk-managed approach to countering a capable and determined adversary
  • Evaluate new capability requirements documents for appropriate cyber survivability attributes
  • Required – Bachelor’s Degree
  • Desired – Master’s Degree
  • Required – 15 years of Cyber related experience
  • Required – CISSP / CISM (DoDI 8570.01-M Level III)
  • Desired - JCIDS experience / DAU training


Required Security Clearance: Active Top Secret / SCI (SSBI/SBPR/PPR investigation)
