Job Description

We are looking for an Innovation Principal to lead our growing HR practice. It is expected that our HR Practice Lead is (or becomes) an expert on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications. It is also expected that our HR Practice Lead has a focus on the future, driving innovative and transformative solutions for our customers.


Our HR Practice Lead is focused on a few key areas:

1.Strategic Advisor and Billable Consulting on Project (50%)

· Clearly articulate the value proposition and business value to customers globally

· Lead Strategic Road Mapping sessions to define HR transformation programs for our clients

· Lead customer facing workshops, deliverables and design HR processes that fit with organizational structure and norms

· Guidecustomers in automating complex solutions that resonate with audiences and improve time to productivity

· Increase brand perceptions and transparency between employees and HR

· Communicate deep knowledge of ServiceNow HR offerings

· Provide expert level guidance to customers on best practices, including HR Process Design, Alignment, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Continuous Improvement, including Enterprise HR Case, On-boarding and Transitions and Contingent Labor Management

· Provide guidance on how organizations derive global value our of their HR organizations

· Create surveys to empathize with end users and assess pain points

2.Sales support (20% of role):

· Prepare, design and/or present HR value proposition and assist in scoping HR related initiatives to potential customers

· Review major milestone deliverables completed by Service Delivery prior to sending to customer

· Be a brand ambassador & thought leader in the industry/community

· Create and nurture trusted relationships with partners and customers to build the practice

· Communicate the Cask value proposition and ServiceNow HR, process and strategy

· Demonstrate HR products, solutions & services

· Create, manage and maintain repeatable Statement of Work content for HR engagements

· Be a subject matter expert and be able to present to a wide audience internal and externally

· Help grow Cask capabilities in HR

· Attend customer facing meetings to support the sales process

· Build and nurture executive level relationships with partners and customer CHRO’s and VP’s of HR to help grow the practice Build executive level relationships with customer CHRO’s and VP’s of HR

· Provide expert level guidance to internal and new customers on best practices, including HR Process Design, Alignment, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Continuous Improvement as part of the pre-sales process

3.Innovation / Marketing (20% of role):

· Collaborate with internal Cask Solution teams to focus on innovation by developing new solutions, methodologies to create unique solutions, products and/or services

· Identify opportunities for Cask to build innovative pre-packaged solutions to evolve Cask’s IP with the focus on solving customer business problems

· Support our marketing team by participating in media interviews, developing blogs and ensuring the content on the Cask website is reflective of the services we offer

· Increase awareness of our HR capabilities and elevate brand perceptions

· Be a thought leader in the industry / community

· Be interviewed for the creation of white papers and/or or blogs

· Attend and participate in trade shows and/or conferences

· Provide perspective on website content for HR, blogs and other marketing initiatives

4.Customer Success (10% of role):

· Communicate success stories

· Acts as a Strategic Advisor and Industry Expert with customers during the engagement to ensure success


Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in an HR consulting or professional services capacity either for a consulting firm or an HRIS/HCM software company

Experience defining requirements for the implementation of Enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors

BA/BS in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related disciplines

High quality written, verbal and presentation skills

Experience with ServiceNow a plus
