DUTIES:
- Provide Support in various duties associated with the Cyber Readiness Program Mission in Support of the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific (CNSP) N6 Department Staff and Divisions.
- Meeting support for teleconferences, VTCs, and internal and external meetings. The contractor shall document meeting minutes and prepare any necessary visual aids to support meeting requirements.
- Perform daily monitoring of readiness of Cyber Operations and Readiness issues through official message traffic, email correspondence, verbal tasking, or other communication means, and provide findings to the Force Cyber Readiness Officer (F-CRO) and staff.
- Assess policy changes for their impact on fleet stakeholders and provide feedback on suggested changes.
- Perform Trend Analysis of cyber-related CASREPs and trouble tickets supporting cyber security mission requirements.
- Develop Cyber metrics to reflect trends and readiness metrics against POR installation status, requirements, and directives to support leadership requirements and process improvement.
- Review Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) data to obtain trend information on Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) notices that frequent monthly reports and provide information to F-CYBO and F-CRO to facilitate discussions with PORs.
- Develop cyber monthly scorecards for commands within CNSP’s purview within the CNSF Cyber Mitigation Plan (CMP) website.
- Coordinate distribution with ISICs to notify of deficiencies and consolidate Cyber Mitigation Reports to the F-CYBO and F-CRO.
- Perform account creation, troubleshooting, and documentation of processes and procedures for shipboard personnel and staff access to the CMP website.
- Conducted unit-level cyber training assist visits (CAVs) on afloat units while in port to assess site and system training program implementation and management covering the functional areas that make up the local CS/Cyber Readiness Program.
- Coordinate with CAV sites to ensure pre-visit requirements and minimal manning participation requirements are met.
- Prepare formal preparatory and conclusion documentation and deliverables, utilizing the CS/Cyber Readiness Training and Program Management posture for all ship and shore commands for individual unit-level TAV events.
- Assist ship personnel in cyber bill development and meet documentation and management requirements.
- Assist in the development of mitigation plans and POA&M to correct deficiencies found during assessment.
- Work with Naval Warfare Command (NAVWAR), Afloat Training Group (ATG), and Information Warfare Training Group (IWTG) to coordinate training processes and events to ensure CAVs align with certifying exercises or other scheduled assessments.
- Conduct tailored training events onboard to assist the ship’s force in meeting cyber metrics and/or address identified training gaps.
- Audit cyber warfare certification events as directed by the MIL/CIV lead and provide recommendations for training process improvement.
- Develop training materials to support onboard and off-ship training events using a Government-provided format. The curriculum shall comply with the NAVEDTRA 130 series.
- Providing SME support to briefs, training events, and waterfront symposiums to provide Fleet training regarding C5I systems, trends, and issues.
- Provide proactive outreach, distance support, and tracking of onboard cyber programs, including compliance with applicable instructions and requirements and implementation of shipboard policies, SOPs, and battle rhythms.
- Provide coordination assistance to the helpdesk and other support organizations for cyber technical barriers or casualties.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, planning, communication, and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work against strict deadlines, are critical.
- Strict attention to detail – must be detail-oriented.
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations

- Security + or IAT level 2 Certification - possess/willing to obtain and maintain
- Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Experience in cybersecurity accreditation support services.
