About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist you will join our Customer Success Team as a key player in ensuring successful set-up of newly signed customers into the Instant Platform. You will need to handle the training of payroll partners from newly integrated companies on how to successfully use the product and work to add valued account holders to the Instant program. You will report to our Manager, Implementation.

 

Who You Are

      You have 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role

      Experience onboarding, training, and managing clients

      You’re a creative problem solver and multi-tasker who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a technical curiosity

      You can build rapport and collaborate with coworkers and clients

      You’re adaptable, quick-thinking, resourceful, and obsessive about improving processes

      You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What You'll Do

      Manage the end-to-end configuration process for small to enterprise clients

      Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and explain the activation process to them

      Drive improvements to Instant's activation process based on customer feedback

      Get your hands dirty - design, develop, and improve processes

      Occasional travel to meet with clients and colleagues in North America is required
