About the Role
As an Implementation Specialist, you will join our Customer Success Team as a key player responsible for the successful client onboarding of our clients. This position will educate these clients on our onboarding process, take initiative on solving problems as they arise, and work to better our internal process flows to better the implementation process. This role will report directly to our VP of Client Experience and work closely with the sales and customer experience team.

You have experience and interest in onboarding, training, or managing client relationships

You have 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
What You'll Do

Manage the end-to-end configuration process for SMB clients

Host and organize weekly training sessions for multiple clients in one session

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and educate the implementation process to them

Get your hands dirty - design, develop, and improve processes

Occasional travel to meet with clients is required (less than 10%)
