Keel Labs is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills who has a background in building and maintaining customer relationships to join our Partnerships Team in Morrisville, NC. This individual will work with customer relations management platforms to streamline interactions and sales processes while working cross-functionally with various teams.   • Create, consistently test, and fine tune sales automations at all stages throughout the pipeline to help streamline the partnership pathways

  • Utilize CRM software (ex., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track client interactions, sales opportunities and customer data  

  • Analyze CRM data to assess sales trends, performance metrics and generate reports to provide insights on strategy adjustments 

  • Liaise between teams to drive product development roadmap by relaying key customer results to all departments 

  • Establish and implement a plan to acquire new client relationships and enhance existing relations

  • Create and status reports based on KPIs reports for leadership and Work closely with R&D & Operations teams to create customer-facing product reports and communications including but not limited to Kelsun data sheets

  • Research and outline industry standard tests and certifications around supply chain, sustainability, and transparency

  • Explore new material applications and guide integration paths

  • Work closely with Senior Manager to consistently improve targets and reach company goals 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Business Analytics, Data Management or other related field 

  • A minimum of two years of experience in Sales and Account Management, preferably in the Textile industry 

  • Expertise managing and tracking account information in CRM platforms (ex., Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar)

  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present information in a confident, clear, and concise manner over different media

  • Agile and able to manage duties being assigned with a high degree of prioritization

  • Proven ability to take initiative, anticipate and solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism


  • A passion for sustainability and circular economies

  • General business knowledge/background inp environments 

  • Proficiency with Mac operating systems 

  • Proficiency with Google applications
