Keel Labs is looking for an individual early in their career with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to assist our Partnership Team in Paris, France. With a focus on providing administrative support and in close collaboration with our Strategic Partnership Manager, this individual will work on supporting customer relationship management, with a keen eye for the latest industry trends and technologies. Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Tasks: 


  • Work cross-functionally assisting with creation and visual design of strategic sales tools

  • Gather key strategic information from all teams for internal Keel Labs meetings  

  • Project manage regular updates of customer-relevant documents, in order for internal teams to make key strategic improvements

  • Update & share quarterly sales snapshots with team


 Client Oriented Tasks:


  • Point of contact for all sales-related queries both internally within Keel Labs and externally with customers

  • Review and benchmark incoming partnership requests from global brands and suppliers interested in collaborating with Keel Labs

  • Report and summarize global brand and supplier meetings 

  • Assist with educational workshops for brands and suppliers

  • Send out meeting review templates to customers, and collate this feedback in a chosen format with timelines

  • Manage and categorize all inbound leads


Customer Sales Materials:


  • Update sales pitch materials on a quarterly basis, working cross-functionally to ensure all updates are secured

  • Research and recommend Keel Labs’ participation in select sustainability-focused conferences, collaborating with the marketing team on conference materials  

  • Liaise with marketing team to ensure sales requirements are top of mind


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration, Communications, or related field of study

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, French a plus

  • Previous experience or internships in a sales or partnership team environment 

  • The ability to accomplish/complete tasks efficiently while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small 

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency in designing and formatting various types of assets including reports, graphs, proposals, and presentations  

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google suite applications 

Supplementary: 

  • A passion for sustainability and circular economies 

  • Knowledge of managing account information in a Customer Relationship Management platform (ex. Hubspot, Salesforce)
