Keel Labs is looking for a talented and motivated individual to support the growth and operation of our Research and Development team at our Morrisville office. The Application Development Lead will act as a liaison between our R&D and Business Development/ Marketing teams. This position will facilitate the creation and oversight of critical support including product application, problem solving, and decision making.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team to develop existing and potential applications related to apparel industry and beyond
Plan and manage performance benchmarking tests of Kelsun™, Keel Labs proprietary yarn and document the results
Collaborates with Sales/Business Development team to scope technical solutions to address technical challenges
Cascade customer feedback to internal product specifications
Recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company
Required Skills and Qualifications:
BS, with MS preferred, in physical/life sciences, engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 4 years experience working preferably within biomaterial development
Demonstrated success in people & project management
Able to effectively communicate in both technical and non-technical details to internal and external stakeholders
Self motivated, adaptable, and detail oriented
Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing, and often challenging environment
