Keel Labs is looking for an Executive Assistant with strong administrative and organizational skills. This individual will provide a wide range of administration and general support of responsibilities for executive leadership. Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of support for executive team serving as not only the gatekeeper, but as the central point of contact 

  • Regular maintenance of executive inboxes, downloading, saving, and organizing documents; routing time-sensitive and confidential information for further action and follow up where needed

  • Screen inbound communications to executive team and route for further action and follow up when needed 

  • Manage and organize high volume daily calendar and meeting invitations/requests for the executive team

  • Prepare well proofed standard correspondence when needed 

  • Book conference rooms and meet and greet guests when needed 

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team and executive leadership including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels and other reservations (some international travel may be required)

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong communication skills

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Self-starter with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle confidential business information

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite and related business and communication tools

    • Comfortable working with a Mac computer system
  • Availability for international and domestic travel
