Keel Labs is looking for an Executive Assistant with strong administrative and organizational skills. This individual will provide a wide range of administration and general support of responsibilities for executive leadership. Responsibilities:
Provide a high standard of support for executive team serving as not only the gatekeeper, but as the central point of contact
Regular maintenance of executive inboxes, downloading, saving, and organizing documents; routing time-sensitive and confidential information for further action and follow up where needed
Screen inbound communications to executive team and route for further action and follow up when needed
Manage and organize high volume daily calendar and meeting invitations/requests for the executive team
Prepare well proofed standard correspondence when needed
Book conference rooms and meet and greet guests when needed
Coordinate travel arrangements for team and executive leadership including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels and other reservations (some international travel may be required)
Assist with ad hoc tasks

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self-starter with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential business information
Previous experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite and related business and communication tools
Availability for international and domestic travel
