Keel Labs is looking for a talented and motivated individual to support the growth and operation of our Research and Development team at our Morrisville office.   The Development Operations Manager will act as a liaison between our R&D and Operations teams.  This position will facilitate the creation and oversight of critical support services including: laboratory management, engineering, and analytical service lines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily Interface between specialized, technical team members, other departments, and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure Lab Management, Engineering, and Analytical support lines operate effectively to support the R&D team in pursuit of strategic development goals

• Be the embedded voice of Operations within R&D; working to integrate company initiatives and best practices into the operation of the R&D team

• Work closely with external manufacturing partners, helping to bridge the gap between Operations and R&D departments

• Foster the growth and development of Development Operations team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BS, with MS preferred, in physical/life sciences, engineering, or applicable area

• 4-6 years of relevant previous experience

• 2-3 years experience in ap environment

• Demonstrated success in people & project management

• Abile to effectively communicate in both technical and non-technical situations

• Self motivated, adaptable, and detail oriented

• Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing, and often challengingp environment
