AlgiKnit is looking for a motivated Finance Associate who is excited to assist with company finance and budget KPI’s. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the company’s monthly close and financial reporting process.

• Liaison with the accounting team to manage the company's accounting function, including revenue cycle management, payables, expenses and taxes.

• Assist with the company’s financial planning & analysis function, including building and maintaining the company’s overall budgeting and operating model.

• Assist with financial and business/modeling support to the rest of the company, particularly as teams evaluate new initiatives, projects, hiring plans, and marginal profitability/cost analyses.

• Assist with and review financial statements, forecasts and G&A expenditures.

• Assist with maintaining key banking and investor relationships.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite

• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals, set priorities, and work under short deadlines in a new environment.

• Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.

Job Details:

Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years in progressive finance roles

• Experience in corporate finance, venture-backed, private equity, or other finance-focused, high-growth, and entrepreneurial environments.
