As Logistics Manager, you will be an essential part of our day-to day operations. The main responsibility of this role is to manage all inbound and outbound activity for both international and domestic procurement and fulfillment. The position collaborates with our Merchandising, Client Services, and Inventory Management teams.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will…
Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations from receipt to storage to fulfillment including internal activity and external activity via a 3PL fulfillment facility.
Supervise, coach, and train 3 direct reports.
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets and KPIs.
Comply with importing and exporting laws and regulations.
Provide feedback on all logistics activity to facilitate a continual evolution and improvement of inbound and outbound processes.
Who You Are
Minimum associate degree, preferable bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of logistics experience, 1-2 years of managerial experience
Strong systems skills, including proficiency with integrated software applications
Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, Importing, Exporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Independent thinker with a strong attention to detail
