As Director, VIP, your primary responsibilities include leading and managing the VIP program, including a team of advisors to exceed expectations in sales performance and overall client experience. This role reports and partners directly with the EVP of VIP, Loyalty & Retail.

What You’ll Do


  • Lead, manage and develop a team of client advisors to achieve sales performance in line with company growth expectations.

  • Act as ambassador for the VIP program, developing and hosting appointments, bespoke engagement opportunities and experiences for our top clients to ensure client retention and new client acquisition. 

  • Partner with operations team to ensure tools, systems and training are aligned and executed to achieve the VIP strategy, team targets, and within budget.

  • Build and develop relationships with our top clients in meaningful way, approaching everything you do with a client-centric mindset.

  • Partner with service and finance to ensure alignment, execution and thought partnership in order to support a seamless customer journey.

  • Ensure an omni-channel experience across virtual and in-person sales, appointments, events, and in the retail space.

  • Report and present team performance progress, strengths, and opportunities regularly.

  • Travel for client appointments, events, and training as needed.

  • Able to manage time and organize projects with excellent attention to detail

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or relevant client experience field

  • Proven track record in achieving strong sales results

  • Proficiency with POS and CRM systems
