As Director, VIP, your primary responsibilities include leading and managing the VIP program, including a team of advisors to exceed expectations in sales performance and overall client experience. This role reports and partners directly with the EVP of VIP, Loyalty & Retail.
What You’ll Do
Lead, manage and develop a team of client advisors to achieve sales performance in line with company growth expectations.
Act as ambassador for the VIP program, developing and hosting appointments, bespoke engagement opportunities and experiences for our top clients to ensure client retention and new client acquisition.
Partner with operations team to ensure tools, systems and training are aligned and executed to achieve the VIP strategy, team targets, and within budget.
Build and develop relationships with our top clients in meaningful way, approaching everything you do with a client-centric mindset.
Partner with service and finance to ensure alignment, execution and thought partnership in order to support a seamless customer journey.
Ensure an omni-channel experience across virtual and in-person sales, appointments, events, and in the retail space.
Report and present team performance progress, strengths, and opportunities regularly.
Travel for client appointments, events, and training as needed.

Previous experience in luxury retail or relevant client experience field
Proven track record in achieving strong sales results
Proficiency with POS and CRM systems
