Our Client Services Coordinator is a crucial part of our Client Services team — _a champion at task management, a get-it-done work ethic in their desire to jump in and help and a key role in helping HODINKEE in meeting their goals. He or she will learn our business from the ground up, from buying watches to selling watches. He or she will start out by learning the fundamentals of what powers our stellar client experience, with a clear path towards becoming a Client Services Specialist.

This role requires someone who can back up their enthusiasm with stamina and results. It is perfect for someone who's fresh to the eCommerce space, willing to tackle some long hours, and wants to work their way up into a fully commissioned sales position

 

What You’ll Do

 

In this role, you will…

  • Being a key contributor of our team meetings and exceeding our monthly goals

  • Developing a strong understanding of HODINKEE’s overall workflow and policies in order to best serve the customer

  • Gaining a comprehensive knowledge of the products we sell, the systems we use, the procurement process, the sales process, and post-sales support processes.

  • Responding to emails and chats in a timely manner, processing initial offers and final offer acceptances, creating shipping labels, building, and sending invoices, answering phones, and facilitating cross-department communication to elevate the client experience.

  • Assisting in the creation of processes and workflows that enhance the team’s ability to provide a uniquely better and world class experience.

  • Exercising discretion and independent judgment when acting on behalf of the company to solve any issues presented by clients.

 

Who You Are


  • Proven experience focused on customer experience, sales, or sales operations

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace Apps and Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

  • The ability to focus on goals while keeping customer experience at top of mind

  • A lack of fear of asking questions

  • Experience with eCommerce, luxury items, and CRM software is a bonus.
