About the role:

This position is needed to drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation to closure, employing a value-oriented sales methodology with a focus on use cases spanning customer data and marketing activation. 

The right person for this role is a go-getter, who wants to develop and identify new revenue opportunities across Mid-Market accounts with experience and passion for a new logo acquisition and experience in driving scaled motions around customer expansion.  

What you’ll be part of:

As a member of the Spectrum Labs Sales Team, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our go-to-market strategy. You will establish relationships with the largest and most innovative companies across a wide range of industries. You will guide prospects at each step of their evaluation by helping them realize the value of Spectrum Labs’s platform for their business. Most importantly, you will directly fuel our growth engine by winning strategic new customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full sales cycle from lead to close

  • Developing and managing a metrics-driven sales pipeline

  • Accurately forecasting your business providing clear visibility on sales and revenue performance

  • Identifying and prioritizing strategic, high-revenue opportunities

  • Actively partnering with a cross-functional team to drive deal closure

  • Build upon the growth & adoption of Spectrum Labs in the Enterprise

  • Lead compelling presentations of Spectrum Labs’s product and vision to a broad range of audiences from c-level executives to individual contributors

  • Develop expansion opportunities from our existing customer base and land new target accounts

  • Engage in team development and mentoring

Required:

  • Have 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience selling to primarily to Growth and Enterprise 

  • Maintain a proven record of consistently exceeding quotas

  • Demonstrated success and commitment to pipeline generation

  • Are proficient in modern sales processes/methodologies

  • Are passionate about AI, NLU, marketing technology & customer experience 

  • Have excellent presence and proven ability to influence at all levels

  • Possess strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting & managing through data 

Desired:

  • Cross selling experience in IT, Marketing, Data, Analytics and Engineering

  • Business value selling experience
