Job Overview:

Spectrum is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This person will support a small team of marketing experts with specializations in community-building, lead generation, product marketing, brand strategy and B2B growth marketing. You will get a chance to hone your skills and knowledge in each of these areas as you help execute everything from enterprise sales enablements to industry-leading in-person and virtual events, thought-leadership campaigns, email, PR, social, and paid marketing campaigns. Your core responsibilities:

  • You will support and help execute B2B lead generation campaigns and directly report to Spectrum’s Head of Lead Generation

  • Typical activities include:

  • Strategizing, drafting, and overseeing compelling lead nurture email campaigns with input from subject matter experts throughout the company (product, research, product marketing, brand, sales and community)

  • Maintaining, creating (from template) and updating landing pages within Hubspot to support campaign initiatives  and community pages for our Trust & Safety community

  • Interface and partner with outside social media and PR agencies to provide assets, product information, product team input, etc. on top-of-funnel initiatives

  • Work with the team in producing and supporting virtual and in-person events - which could include anything from overseeing banner image assets creation to making sure sales teams and executive's presentation slides are delivered in the right format at the right time

  • Support Product Marketing in updates to sales enablement materials and support our head of community in outreach to community members

  • Provide campaign performance metrics to the CMO and work with the whole team in preparing marketing strategy presentations for the company

What we are looking for:

  • You are tech-savvy and have basic knowledge of CMS, Google Analytics, and CRM management – experience with Hubspot is strongly preferred

  • You are an excellent writer with experience in thought leadership email and content campaigns

  • You are organized and able to thrive in a self-directed environment (we’re a 100% remote company so being proactive is a requirement in getting things done)

  • You are curious, creative, collaborative and methodical in your approach to problem-solving

  • You’re not afraid to jump in - and also not afraid to ask for help or admit mistakes

Required Skills:

  • 3 - 5  years in a marketing role with increasing responsibility

  • Knowledge of CRM and website CMS - Hubspot strongly preferred, reporting, campaign landing page design & development

  • Experience in content campaigns - especially email marketing nurture or thought leadership

  • Experience in the internet industry, B2B tech,ps and/or Trust & Safety industry preferred

  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
