About the Role
We are looking to hire our first Revenue Operations lead to support the next phase of Spectrum’s go-to-market strategy and growth. This role will report directly to the VP of Revenue and Partnerships and work closely with many cross-functional teams. As Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for creating and executing a cohesive Rvenue Operations strategy for Spectrum Labs.
Responsibilities:
Building a team of revenue operations specialists responsible for go-to-market, measurement, planning, and strategy
Deep understanding of industry-specific trends and landscapes
Own the Go-To-Market Tech stack, perform audits, gap analyses, selection, implementation, and ongoing management of tools & platforms
Help craft ABM Strategy: empower Marketing & Sales teams to execute and iterate on ABM campaign creation
Create & Execute CRM strategy: take the “what” you and leaders create, and teach the “how”
Own forecasting & Pipeline: collaborate with Heads of Marketing & Sales to accurately forecast
Create and manage our compensation plans
Provide analytical thought leadership for GTM teams, delivering actionable insights to establish strategic operational priorities
Develop processes, workflows, and incentive programs to help increase business performance and team motivations
Work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to monitor business strategies, revenue growth, and KPIs
Own the enhancement, implementation, and adoption of the GTM technology stack items & processes
Operate as a trusted advisor to GTM teams on projects designed to increase revenue, team productivity, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a B2B sales/revenue operations or strategy role; experience in mar-tech / AI or at a fast-growing are a plus
Experience building Revenue Operations teams from the ground up
Creative problem solver, keen business sense, and ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop solutions, and execute with a high degree of autonomy
Strong analytical, operational, problem solving, planning, time management, and project management foundation
Highly proficient in financial modeling, revenue modeling, sales approaches, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Experience with:
GTM tech stack management (audit, gap analysis, selection, implementation, ongoing management)
Onboarding processes
Marking Ops (drip campaigns and attribution)
Data governance & insights (design, deliver and automate dashboards to act as a “single source of truth” answer for all GTM data in the business)
Forecasting/pipeline management
Quota management
Lead scoring
Comp plan design/management
Headcount planning
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and CRMs
Proficient in Outreach, Salesloft, Hubspot, and BI tools
