Job Summary:
Ensure the Company hires, motivates and retains the right talent and develops a positive company culture. This includes organizational design, planning and development; effective recruiting strategies; developing systems and processes to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs; coaching employees; facilitating conflict resolution, and handling employee relations. Also, responsible to develop and administer company policies and programs in accordance with all applicable law and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coach, counsel and advise leadership on all people and organizational related issues to create insight and drive action.
- Play a key Human Resources point of contact, trusted advisor, and business partner to a highly engaged and growing team. Help set the cultural tone of Presidio Medical.
- Understand the business needs of a developing company and work with leaders to identify gaps, prioritize organizational design and implement scalable Human Resources programs and solutions that address the needs of Presidio Medical.
- Partner with our management team to implement specific programs and initiatives directly aligned to our business strategy in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, recognition, career development, organizational development, total rewards, and employee relations.
- Direct and oversee the employment process for the company. This includes working with hiring managers to develop and implement appropriate recruiting and selection strategies and tactics resulting in hiring strong performers to meet the business needs.
- Lead the total rewards philosophy ensuring competitiveness and alignment with the business strategy and culture. Provide compensation support including salary benchmarking, planning, and job leveling.
- Work with the CEO and Compensation Committee to evaluate and build a sustainable Equity Program for the company.
- Manage the employee benefits program for the company. This includes making sure offerings are competitive and cost effective for the company and of value to employees.
- Conduct full cycle performance review process for the Company to include annual objective setting and measurement, administration of incentive plan, executive level talent review, annual performance evaluations, and all reward systems.
- Retain up-to-date knowledge of employment law requirements to ensure company remains compliant.
- Recommend, develop, and implement Human Resources policies.
- Coach managers on people management skills and strategies (as appropriate) such as setting clear performance expectations, providing constructive feedback, recognizing positive results, taking correction action (where necessary) and linking compensation to performance.
- Handle employee relations issues for the company. This includes working with managers to identify performance issues and develop and implement appropriate measures to provide employees the opportunity to succeed and to take corrective action where necessary.
- Understand the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Comply with Presidio Medical’s quality system requirements as well as any applicable regulatory requirements.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, policies, and work practices.

Qualification Requirements:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field required. Minimum of 12 years’ experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a track record of achievement.
- Previous people management experience.
- Desire both strategic and start-up company experience
- Experience with Trinet and Radford desirable. Knowledge/skills/Abilities: Required
- Successful experience working with managers of an organization with involvement in strategic decision-making.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling highly sensitive information is required.
- Must have a strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuring deadlines are met and accurate work product is completed.
- Proficiency in core HR disciplines, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, and development through progressive Human Resources roles.
- Strong organizational skills, business, and Human Resources acumen, including strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to facilitate interactions and resolve conflicts.
- Runway to grow into the next level role with ability to lead and direct teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must possess a high level of integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic.
