Job Summary:
Responsible for managing all classical marketing functions in a high-growth company, including upstream and downstream: product launch planning, next gen product definition, market research, product management, product training, and marketing communications and programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead commercial launch plan activities including market research efforts product positioning, segmentation, targeting, pricing strategy, and sales strategy.
- Lead launch planning process in coordination with other functional areas to ensure seamless launch in various geographies.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop a deep understanding of market and technology needs, trends, and disruptors, translating this analysis into business opportunities and actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and other cross-functional partners in leading projects through the product development lifecycle up to commercialization.
- Continually assess customer satisfaction with product and service, and be the “voice of the customer” interfacing with other functions within the Company.
- Identify market research needs and work with appropriate stakeholders to collect voice of customer feedback utilizing multiple methodologies.
- Work closely with physician customers to better understand needs and solicit concept feedback. Facilitate customer meetings and advisory board discussions.
- Carefully monitor the competition and strategically position products to maximize differentiation, market adoption, and revenue growth.
- Develop, implement, and monitor advertising and promotional activities such as marketing materials, public relations, and related items.
- Manage company website and work with developers on new content as needed to support strategic marketing plan as the company progresses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to help achieve the Company’s clinical objectives and medical education.
- Manage Company presence at relevant scientific, technical, and business meetings and conferences.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the neuromodulation market, competitive landscape, clinical environment, and other developments related to Presidio’s products.
- Proactively support Presidio’s goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations.
- Travel up to 25% of the time to ensure consistent and frequent contact with KOLs,
- clinical sites, support cases and training, and attend critical industry meetings.
- Comply with Presidio Medical’s quality system requirements as well as any applicable regulatory requirements.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, policies, and work practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements: Experience:
- Minimum 8 years related marketing experience in the medical device industry. Experience in active implantable device strongly desired.
- Previous people management experience a plus.

- Proven track record of bringing products to market through commercial launch planning and execution.
- Experience supporting a core team and marketing plans for new product development
- Strong financial acumen, modeling, and analytical skills enabling business analysis, progress tracking and visibility, and data driven decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in developing/executing business, marketing and launch plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional results without having personnel responsibility over the team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player who is able to positively motivate team members and collaborate and build good working relationships with other departments.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing.
- Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field required. MBA is a plus.
Physical Demands:
