Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking a Sales Director to join our team.

Position reports to: Vice President of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth & adoption of ZONTAL’s Enterprise Data Platform in the defined territory and accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying through closing.
- Uncover new opportunities from our existing customers and target accounts.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility of sales and revenue performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.
- Leverage and coordinate cross-functional teams, when necessary (Legal, Presales, Professional Services, R&D, Marketing, Product Management), to efficiently navigate a complex sales cycle.
- Engage in team development and mentoring.
- Lead presentations of the ZONTAL Enterprise Platform and company vision to diverse audiences..
- Travel to Customers and Marketing Events to promote ZONTAL.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Background in the life science or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems and other revenue-related technologies.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse team across many time zones.
