Position Overview:

A ZONTAL Customer Success Manager (CSM) builds and maintains relationships with our existing customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from a product or service, leading to customer satisfaction and retention. As the first member of this team, you will be responsible for helping to define the CSM program, documentation and success KPIs

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding: Helping the internal teams with knowledge transfer between sales, presales and Professional services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Proactive Support: Identifying potential issues before they become problems and providing solutions.
  • Advocacy: Acting as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their feedback is heard and acted upon.
  • Renewals and Upsells: Working to ensure customers see continued value in the product or service, leading to renewals and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing customer success metrics to improve processes and strategies

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree. in Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Data Science preferred or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communications skills, presentation skills with attention to details
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively on how to solve projects risks without reducing quality
  • Team player and ability to "roll up your sleeves" and do what it takes to make the team successful
  • Laboratory experience is a plus
  • Ability to work with a diverse team across many time zones
