JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Specialist is part of an Operations Team that provides the highest level of professional compliance management to our busy clientele. Our clients rely on us for accurate and timely service, and thorough communication. The Customer Service Specialist is the client's first point of contact with our company and must understand the details of the client's work request so that our Operations Team can perform each job with excellence. The Specialist is tasked with various duties to help meet the high standard of care we deliver to our clients. The Specialist will be cross-trained to fill in as assigned by the Operations Manager when operational gaps arise. The Specialist will work in the office but will learn and understand field operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other assignments, projects and duties may be required:

• Professionally communicate via email and phone

• Data Entry, Data Retrieval and Appropriate Use of Data

• Deliver support to our customers and our field technicians

• Write estimates

• Schedule field work

• Order parts

• Inventory control

SKILLS NEEDED:

• Excellent Communication skills

• Customer service

• Extreme detail orientation

• Legible handwriting

• Multitasking and Flexibility. Ability to resume tasks after interruption.

• Quick learner

• Analytical-enjoys examining things in detail to discover more about them

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and able to learn other software as required

• Accurately type 45 words per minute or better.

• Good memory

• Diligent

• Patient

• Motivated

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma

• College degree desired but not required

• 2-3 years or more working in customer service
