Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist who is detail‑oriented, highly dependable, and excited to support a growing revenue organization. This is a hands‑on, early‑career role ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys engaging with people, and has strong organizational and analytical skills.
You will support lead generation, prospect outreach, CRM management, reporting, scheduling, and internal coordination. You will help ensure prospects experience a seamless, professional journey from first touch to onboarding—while supporting core marketing and sales initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
This role provides high exposure across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Leadership, with strong opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Execution
· Execute B2B sales and marketing outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone to support pipeline generation.
· Make outbound calls and follow-ups with leads, prospects, and event contacts.
· Manage initial prospect engagement, respond to inbound inquiries, and schedule introductory calls or demos.
· Conduct light company and contact research to support campaign targeting.
· Ensure consistent, professional follow‑up across all prospect touchpoints.
· Assist with creating or preparing proposals, pitch decks, sales materials, and client-facing documents.
Pipeline Management & CRM Ownership
· Own day-to-day CRM management, maintaining accurate contact records, deal stages, tasks, and notes.
· Keep the client and prospect database up to date and segmented correctly.
· Run CRM analytics, reports, and dashboards to support leadership with insights and forecasting.
· Track pipeline activity and ensure opportunities move forward through timely follow‑ups.
· Maintain NDAs, proposals, and deal-related documentation with proper version control.
· Draft follow‑up emails, call summaries, and internal updates to ensure alignment across teams.
Scheduling, Coordination & Events
· Coordinate internal and external meetings between prospects and teams such as Product, Legal, and Executives.
· Prepare meeting briefs summarizing company research, historical context, and relevant materials.
· Manage calendars during high-volume scheduling periods, travel weeks, and conferences.
· Support conferences and events by coordinating outreach, managing on‑site scheduling, and handling post-event follow-up.
Sales & Marketing Enablement
· Organize and maintain shared sales and marketing assets (MSAs, SOWs, decks, templates, collateral).
· Ensure internal teams always have access to the most current versions of materials.
· Assist in creating conference resources, one‑pagers, and internal documentation.
· Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks related to revenue growth initiatives.
· Maintain shared folders and organized knowledge structures for ease of use.
Who You Are
· Humble: You collaborate well, accept feedback, and put team and client outcomes first.
· Hungry: You take initiative, own your work, and stay proactive without needing heavy oversight.
· Smart: You’re people‑smart and detail‑smart—great with communication, organization, and judgment.
· Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospects.
· Strong attention to detail with pride in accuracy and completeness.
· Highly organized with excellent follow‑through.
· Analytical mindset; comfortable running CRM reports and basic data analysis.
· Willing to learn, adapt, and grow as part of a fast‑paced organization.
Qualifications
· 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, or administrative roles.
· Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfortable doing outbound outreach including calls, emails, and LinkedIn communication.
· Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
· Experience in a SaaS or mortgage-related environment is a plus (but not required).
