Quality, Stability & Operational Maturity

  • Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and Support to improve quality gates, defect workflows, and release reliability.
  • Ensure clear coordination across engineering, QA, and product during planning, release management, and production support.
  • Drive initiatives that improve platform stability through disciplined processes, clear ownership, and stronger feedback loops.
  • Establish KPIs such as defect escape rates, sprint predictability, release readiness, incident response efficiency, and team health scores.

People Leadership

  • Develop Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Scrum teams in Agile delivery, communication, and collaboration practices.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support teams in resolving impediments, improving workflows, and enhancing self-organization.
