Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, driven, and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience selling technology solutions, a strong understanding of mortgage industry operations, and an established network within the correspondent lending space. This role involves initiating significant outreach and marketing campaigns to identify prospects, expand LauraMac's brand presence, and drive growth within the correspondent lending market.
Responsibilities:
· Initiate extensive outreach and marketing campaigns to identify and engage new prospects within correspondent lending.
· Actively prospect and generate leads through outbound activities, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
· Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS offerings.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at correspondent lending institutions.
· Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through closing, ensuring clear communication and strong customer engagement.
· Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, customer success, marketing) to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
· Keep current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments relevant to correspondent lending.
Qualifications:
· 4+ years of successful sales experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
· Proven track record in outbound sales, prospecting activities, and marketing campaigns.
· Familiarity with the mortgage industry, particularly correspondent lending operations and secondary markets.
· Established network and strong relationships with correspondent lenders highly preferred.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive deals to completion.
· Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
