Role

Responsible for providing excellent member service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Assists members with new loans and products, open accounts, advises of the status of accounts, furnishes information on loans, products, fees and services. Courteously and promptly resolves member questions and problems or properly refers them to appropriate personnel. May advise on more complex products. Very likely to have sales goals.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

20%Actively serves as a financial advisor and is accountable for sales outcomes.

20%Assist with wide variety of member services including open/close Shared Certificates, assist customers with checkbooks, manages outgoing wires, other items such as, solve fraud issues, notary, close accounts, etc.

10%Explain and expedite the opening, closing, transfer, and rollover of IRA certificates.

10%Set up auto transfers and sign up customers for ACH transfers and wires.

10%Assist members with opening CD’s and educate customers as to penalties, earnings, etc.

5%Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

5%Main the pod as necessary.
