Job Summary

At Bluewave, the Commission Experience Specialist, reporting directly to the Commissions Manager, is responsible for the research and resolution of Commission Inquiries. The primary responsibility would be to work with our supplier and Technology Services Distributors (TSD) to ensure we are receiving commissions as expected. The individual in this role should be a self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, focused on revenue assurance.

Core Responsibilities

• Receives commissions inquiries from Partners and Sales Reps via different forms of communication (email and phone), logs the issue into the inquiry tracking database for tracking actions necessary to resolve the issue.
• Opens proactive inquiries from our order reconciliation process for commissions that we were expecting and didn’t receive.
• Performs all necessary research to confirm commissions are due, and work with suppliers and TSDs via their processes, to ensure a true-up of commissions.
• Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attend job-related training, as well as seminars that would enhance job performance.
• Performs other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Customer Service with a positive attitude a plus
• Email and office etiquette a plus
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well as the ability to work independently.
• Quick leaners of Microsoft Office Applications and ERM Software
• Telecommunications Experience a plus


Remote Position – unless close to a Bluewave Office and would like to work in an office.
