Position Summary:

The role of VP Sales (New Logo Acquisition) at Bluewave is crucial, playing a pivotal role in aligning our sales efforts with the technology partners in our ecosystem. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team to achieve New Logo strategic account acquisitions and nurturing profitable, long-term partnerships. Your role involves delivering sales targets and guiding the team's monthly and quarterly performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the IT advisory/telecommunications sector and a steadfast commitment to integrity. Proficiency in managing both internal and external communications, along with expertise in pipeline strategy, accurate forecasting, and driving the team to meet and exceed sales objectives, is essential.

  • Lead a high-performing sales team across North America.
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by managing and coaching the sales team.
  • Recruit and develop a top-tier enterprise sales team.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Personally engage in key strategic sales and ongoing customer success.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to execute sales goals for the region.
  • Develop specific plans to ensure both long and short-term growth.
  • Develop and optimize the sales pipeline and forecast process with a focus on predictability.
  • Define account strategies allowing the team to identify customer prospects and targets effectively.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience leading teams in strategic sales.
  • Professional and assertive demeanor with a proven record of leadership and reliability.
  • Superior analytical, strategic, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Competitive edge, complemented by innovative and decisive problem-solving skills.
