Job Description
The Application & Implementation Support Specialists will be responsible for delivering a range of support and technical services, support and expertise to Lifevoxel’s new and existing clients. This includes working with project management and delivery team to ensure successful project implementation, delivery and support to clients. The Application and Implementation Support Specialist will configure, implement, train and execute final installations/testing of the clients’ sites and then provide “Go-Live” support. The Application and Implementation support specialists will take client calls for support , triage the issues, resolve issues and work with other senior resources for level 3 support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Configure, test and troubleshoot most of Lifevoxel’s solutions.
Assist clients and other internal teams with configuration of software and testing sessions.
Provide end user training.
Identify and execute opportunities to optimize the client’s overall workflows
Support the customer as they begin using the new products during and occasionally after the implementation of a project.
Identify and help solve issues reported by clients
Liaise with client’s other project vendors, network/IT staff on issues caused by dependencies.
Liaise with R&D team to resolve level 3 support requests
Run all necessary sanity checks or implementation checks for projects.
Help in User Acceptance Test with the clients
Potentially be involved in some hardware setup/testing or verifications.
Assist and support full Software upgrades remotely by assisting in the testing and troubleshooting of the test and production environment
Qualifications
Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science,
Experience with radiology Imaging software (RIS-PACS) or equivalent experience in DICOM protocols and HL7
Direct experience in a customer facing role with demonstrated ability to gather complex customer requirements and managing support calls
Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand clinical radiology workflow
Excellent analytical, research, organizational and planning skills
Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication, influencing and presentation skills
Proven experience in definition and launching of multiple products
This position may require travel, mainly in North America
